E-Commerce Policy 2.0 Nears Completion
Minister Khan confirmed that the eCommerce Policy 2.0 is in its final stages of internal review. Once finalized, it will be presented to the federal cabinet for approval, paving the way for a more structured and growth-oriented digital trade environment.
Pakistan’s E-Commerce Market Shows Strong Growth
Pakistan’s e-commerce sector has reached a valuation of USD 7.7 billion in 2024, with a projected 17% compound annual growth rate (CAGR) through 2027. This rapid expansion highlights the need for robust policies to support vendors, consumers, and digital infrastructure.
