Huawei has unveiled the Pura X foldable smartphone, equipped with its second-generation Lingxi communication technology, branded as 5A Speed. This new technology promises to deliver stronger and more stable signal reception, even in areas with weak network coverage.

After further investigation, some sources revealed that 5A Speed refers to the 5G-A Speed network, an advanced system capable of achieving download speeds of up to 10Gbps.

Lingxi, Huawei’s communication system, enhances mobile network connectivity, ensuring faster and smoother connections in areas with limited or no mobile coverage. This technology was first introduced with the Mate 70 series, featuring an innovative multi-antenna design on the back of the device, supported by the Lingxi AI algorithm. This setup improves connectivity in challenging environments, such as tunnels or high-speed trains.

Now, Huawei has integrated an even more powerful network into Lingxi, resulting in the 5A Speed for the Pura X. This suggests the company is utilizing the 5.5G network for its devices. In addition, 5A Speed supports Wi-Fi 7, which significantly boosts the Pura X’s network performance, allowing users to quickly download large files, stream movies, and enjoy smoother gaming experiences.

The Pura X smartphone also introduces several exciting new features, including an AI-powered eye-tracking system that detects eye movement and automatically turns the pages on the foldable display. With its innovative design and advanced capabilities, the Pura X is set to make a significant impact in the smartphone market.
