Mercantile, in collaboration with Jazz, today launched Pakistan’s first-ever official iPhone Exchange Programme, allowing customers to trade in their PTA-approved iPhones (iPhone 11 or higher) for the latest iPhone 16 models.
This programme provides an easy way for users to upgrade their devices by exchanging their current phones and paying only the remaining balance, making it simpler than ever to own the newest Apple technology.
The program is available exclusively at select Jazz Experience Centres in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad. It tackles common challenges faced when selling or upgrading older devices, with Mercantile offering standardized valuations to ensure fair prices for eligible iPhones. Jazz makes the sign-up process smooth and easy through its extensive network.
Nauman Durrani, CEO of Mercantile Pakistan, said, “This launch simplifies the process of accessing the latest iPhone models in Pakistan. Through our partnership with Jazz, we’re providing a clear and convenient way for customers to upgrade and enjoy an enhanced user experience.”
Ali Fahd, Head of Marketing at Jazz, added, “As a digital leader, Jazz is committed to bridging the digital divide in Pakistan. Our partnership with Mercantile to launch the first iPhone Exchange Program highlights our focus on innovation and customer convenience. By making the latest iPhones more accessible, we’re empowering customers to enhance their digital lifestyle with seamless connectivity and added value.”
