Global Availability

While the rollout schedule detailed above primarily covers the Chinese market, the global ColorOS 17 launch is set for October 13, 2026, with events planned for both global markets and India . Oppo has indicated that international rollout will follow a similar pattern, starting with the Find X10 series (launching globally October 21) and expanding to older devices in subsequent weeks .

Regional variations may apply, and Oppo has not yet released a complete India-specific update calendar. However, Indian users in the Open Beta program already have access on devices including the Find X9 Pro, Reno 15 Pro, OnePlus 15, OnePlus 15R, and Realme GT 8 Pro .

What This Means for Users

The consolidation of OxygenOS and Realme UI into ColorOS represents a strategic shift that should enable faster Android version updates and security patches across all three brands. While region-specific styling accents will remain, the core codebase, animation engine, and security frameworks are now unified .

For OnePlus 15 users specifically, the final ColorOS 17 build will mark the permanent end of OxygenOS, completing the transition that began with the Open Beta program in early October .
